Vacuum Tumbler made by REVIC is used for plasticizing and massaging the muscles at production of high-quality meat in meat processing factories. The main advantage of this machine is pulsing vacuum, which stretches the muscle, and causes greater absorption of pickling brine. Meat becomes juicy and brittle. The muscles are massaged in a closed drum of tumbler by using gravity. Thanks to specialized system of paddles, meat circulates from the cover of drum to the bottom and back, what makes meat plasticized.
The technological process of massaging consists of a number of parameters, such as:
massaging direction, speed rotation of the drum, the duration of each cycle and the vacuum in the massaging drum. Each of parameters can be set very precise thanks to the microprocessor controller. The controller allows you to program 50 different programs and inspection and possible correction. The entire structure is made from high quality stainless steel, which helps to keep the machine clean and in proper hygiene of the production.
